Papaya, A Delicious Way to a Cancer Free Life

Papaya may not be as divine tasting as my favorite Mango, the King of all fruits but this fruit is sweet and tasty in its own natural way and when it comes to nutritional contents, papaya is much more supreme than many other popular fruits around.

To tell you the truth, I was not a big fan of papaya when I was a child but as I grew older, I came to realize what I have been missing. This fruit is very nutritious so what reason could I give for not eating this?  I thought only a fool will refuse eating papaya if only for the health benefits it can give. The most important reason why I eat papaya everyday is not because I love its sweet taste but more than this is the fact that it has nutritional contents I need each day more than ever.  Can I just ignore the following benefits I can get from eating papaya:

Papaya contains the phytochemical lycopene, a cancer fighter found also in tomatoes. Not only does it contain phystochemical lycopene but it gives also cartenoid beta-cyrptoxanthin which is also a cancer fighter. Aside from this, Papaya aids our digestive system so that we could come out with clean colon each day.  A clean colon is a cancer free colon so eat papaya to avoid color cancer as well. Not only that as Papaya is very rich in Vitamin C, expect the chances of getting any kind of  Cancer to lower  by daily intake of this fruit.  It is therefore safe to say that eating papaya everyday is a delicious way to avoid cancer.
